Privacy Policy (Internet User Privacy)

BJC International Network respects privacy of Internet Users and does not collect personally identifying information without the Internet User's permission.

This policy applies to the web sites owned or operated by BJC International Network 

BJC International Network does not collect Internet User identity or contact information from Internet Users' visits to BJC International Network Web Sites.
For each visitor to a BJC International Network Web site, the visitor's computer reaches us via a particular IP, (Internet Protocol), address.
BJC International Network’s servers automatically collect this IP address.

An Internet User's browser sets Cookies (when enabled) that contain small amounts of data on the Internet User's computer after a visit to any web site.
Cookies assist BJC International Network in tracking a Internet Users' purchases.
If the Internet User re-visits the Advertiser's site directly, BJC International Network is able to continue to track the Internet User's purchases on the Advertiser's site and reward the BJC International Network.
The Cookies themselves tell BJC International Network nothing about the Internet User personally.

Cookies are used in two stages of BJC International Network tracking: when an Advertiser's banner image is loaded on a Web page for viewing by an Internet User and when the banner is clicked by an Internet User.
The function of these Cookies is to provide BJC International Network with information solely for the purpose of receiving Publishers commissions when an Internet User clicks on a link, creates a lead, or makes a purchase on an Advertiser's Web site.

No information is obtained from the Internet User or Internet User's computer to generate the unique identifying number of the Internet User.
BJC International Network’s servers automatically generate the unique number.
None of BJC International Network’s Cookies are used to perform "User Profiling".

BJC International Network does not receive and record partial e-mail addresses of Internet Users.

BJC International Network does not employ any technology or means of preventing an Internet User from disabling the acceptance of a Cookie.
Most Web browsers automatically accept cookies, but an Internet User's browser may be set by the Internet User to disable this function.
Some Web browsers or similar Internet navigating technology may not support (or consistently support) Cookie technology.
If Cookies are disabled or the Internet User is utilizing technology that does not adequately support Cookie technology,
BJC International Network shall not be able to record the Internet User's click on an Advertiser's link that was placed on a Publisher's Web site or within a subscription e-mail or the Internet User's subsequent activity at the Advertiser's Web site.

Use and Disclosure of Data:

BJC International Network does not sell or rent personally identifying information.
BJC International Network does not disclose personally identifying information to anyone that BJC International Network is not authorized to do so.
BJC International Network uses anonymous user data to create and report the browsing, purchasing and/or lead form completion activities of anonymous users.

BJC International Network reserves the right to release information on Internet Users if compelled to do so by proper judicial or governmental authorities.
Disclosure shall be limited to only to those that BJC International Network is compelled to disclose to.
At present, all information processing occurs in the United States.

Security Measures:

BJC International Network employs the latest industry standard security measures to ensure the security of all data.
Access to BJC International Network customer data is accessible via password protection through our database, and only to selected BJC International Network employees who require system level access in order to perform their jobs.
Access to Internet User data that identifies the Internet User's name and/or e-mail addresses is limited to selected BJC International Network employees who require such access in order to perform their jobs.

Spam:

BJC International Network does not deliberately send unsolicited e-mail messages that could legitimately be construed as spam.

Policy Changes:

BJC International Network may find it necessary or be legally obligated to update this Privacy Policy from time to time.
Any changes will be posted at this site.
Except as otherwise required by law, modifications to this Privacy Policy will not affect the privacy of data collected by BJC International Network prior to the effective date of the policy change.
